we're mixing it up + giving the bods a break from all the HIIT to rip a page from the BOLD ATHLETE'S bible. after a gruelling season, these guys focus on tissue remodelling, which helps restore posture, strengthen stabilizers + STILL gives ya the burn. the goal of this workout is to guide proper movement + isolation, all the while drawing on MINDFULNESS for how your body F E E L S. bring along a set of light weights [aka wine bottles or milk jugs if you don’t have access to dumbbells at home!]
